Street Legal Island Driving Unlike regular golf carts, our battery operated LSVs can be driven during day or night on secondary roads where posted speed limits are 35 MPH. Street Parking Like a golf cart, our LSVs are compact and easy to park along permitted beach paths in the Charleston area.
